About Angus
Please read Angus' background very carefully. He is a very shy cat who does not like to be handled or pet. Intake: 10/07/2020 live trapped; DOB: 06/03/2019: He is very shy, good with other cats. We recommend no children. He has no history of dogs. Angus is very playful, enjoys laser light, wands and feathers. He will come down for treats and will even take them from volunteers he knows. Angus does not like to be pet, however is comfortable with people he knows. Our volunteers work steadily to help socialize cats like Angus so that they are comfortable around people and help them to generalize interactions so that comfort can transfer to new and unfamiliar people. This will also help with a transition to a potential home. Angus is in our Beluga Room and in order to meet him and interact you will need to be accompanied by one of our Cat Behavior Expurrts! After you meet Angus and feel he is a good match, you will need to have a second visit with our Adoption and Care Coordinator. We will provide guidance and support to help make his transition to your home one that is successful, supportive and filled with love.
